CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Pretty & Too Pretty Team. These appointments are reserved specifically for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at LEAST 24 HOUR notice for cancellations.

One Day Advance Notice is Required For Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, we will require to hold a credit card to reserve your next appointment. If cancelled, 50% of your scheduled service amount will be charged.
*We understand emergencies and illnesses occur. This will be accessed on a case by case basis.

No Show

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, will be charged the full amount of their services at their next scheduled appointment and will be required to keep a credit card on file.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to accommodate clients that have been scheduled after you.

We can always be reached via phone/voicemail, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. In addition, Vagaro sends out appointment reminders. Feel free to confirm or cancel via the appointment reminder text/email.
